Nossen & Phelan Construction is owned and operated by Michael Phelan and Jay Nossen, graduates from The College of New Jersey and The Rutgers School of Engineering, respectively.
Nossen & Phelan Construction gives back to the community. On Saturdays during the Spring and Fall, Jay and Mike can be found at Franklin High School overseeing set construction and design for thr FHS drama and musical productions.
